Public Classes in the Greater Houston Area

Mom Bod Yoga

Mom Bod Yoga is a space dedicated to supporting mothers in every stage of their journey—pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

This is not about “bouncing back.”
This is about rebuilding, reconnecting, and honoring your body for all that it has done and continues to do.

Classes focus on:

  • Core and pelvic floor strength

Twisted Tykes: Kids & Family Yoga

Twisted Tykes brings yoga to kids and families in a way that is playful, engaging, and developmentally supportive.
