Day 21 - Be Fierce We are each a warrior in so many ways and these poses allow us to tap into that part of ourselves. Each Warrior poses offers poise, balance, strength, flexibility, stamina, and grounding. In our Warriors we hold our ground, fix our gaze, and prepare our selves mentally, physically, and spiritually to face what ever may come.
Believe it or not, my 30th birthday is just around the corner and as I reflected on what the last 30 years have brought and how I wanted to celebrate, I could think of nothing better than diving heart first into a yoga celebration with all of my nearest and dearest (by that I mean YOU!)
