Believe it or not, my 30th birthday is just around the corner and as I reflected on what the last 30 years have brought and how I wanted to celebrate, I could think of nothing better than diving heart first into a yoga celebration with all of my nearest and dearest (by that I mean YOU!)
So far this year I have been able to attend 3 different yoga festivals across the state. Each festival was amazing and fulfilling in their own ways and I just wanted to chat a little bit about them here.

I always love the equinoxes and solstices. I love what they represent in our earth and how that always seems to parallel to our own lives. And mostly I love any reason to reflect. To take stock of how far we've come and what we still need to do to press forward.
